A symbol of the History of Burgundy, the Clos du Moulin aux Moines was founded in 962 by the monks of the Cluny Abbey, then placed under the authority of the Citeaux Abbey for over six centuries.
Located between the wine-producing villages of Auxey-Duresses and Meursault, this unique site is an essential part of the Burgundy landscape.
The Clos du Moulin aux Moines is a winegrowing estate with 16 hectares of vines located in the most beautiful villages in the Côte de Beaune region.
Since 2008, the entire vineyard has been cultivated according to organic and biodynamic agricultural principles.
Our priority is first and foremost to allow the character of the Burgundy terroir to express itself in each of the cuvées, using no technological artifices.
