New wines : Le Graal & Orgelot 1917
Two exceptional wines are released after a long ageing in our cellars:
- “Orgelot 1917” Pommard Premier Cru
“This “Cuvée” is made from a selection of the oldelst vines planted from 1917 in our Clos Orgelot vineyard, monopoly of the estate. It seemed crucial for us to perpetuate this ampelographic legacy. Clearly identified, the vines are among the oldest in Pommard. Only the grapes from these are used to produce this wine, that gives it a unique character and identity.”

- “Le Graal” Auxey-Duresses
“Cuvée” inspired by the ancestral know how of the monks, ‘le Graal’ is a selection from the vineyard Clos du Moulin Aux Moines, monopoly of the estate, where only human and horse have the right to work. The whole vinification is made in barrels. Only gravity and human energy are used. The vineyard works to the bottling are made manually.”
